I already explained to Matt why I am not 100% happy. I dont mind upgrading the product and paying the extra. But I feel if the upgrade that I pay for has a better warranty then I should also get the extra years added to my original date of purchase. I am really torn because the warranty process was painless and I really felt good about it even though I was unhappy with the products performance. Your customer service and ease of getting a replacement made it better. However, with what i mentioned above, I feel like im on the fence about this company.

Cover length was fine for my BMW, could have been a few inches longer on the sides even with the mirrors turned in
Had to put order in twice before it finally went through.
Cover seems to be somewhat thin...i thought it would be a little thicker but we will see how it performs over the course of this upcoming winter

FIRST TIME BUYER
I was thrilled that the premium car cover for my Jaguar XKE was on sale! The ease of ordering was fantastic!
My nephew and my brother couldn't be happier than to know they can now cover their 'classic cars' and keep them out of the weather. These car covers are of great quality and especially for the money!
The cover was generic cover and a poor fit for my application, much too large. I thought it would be a better fit from the photos.
Called rep for information and was told how to list modifications on my on-line order!

I haven't received the cover as yet so that this can not be completed until the cover is fitted on my car.
