THE REASON FOR THE LOW SCORE ON THE USE OF THE ITEM IS BECAUSE I HAVE NOT USED IT TO DATE. I UNPACKED IT FROM THE BOX BUT HAVE NOT TAKEN IT OUT OF THE PLASTIC WRAPPER. WHEN BAD WEATHER STARTS, I CERTAINLY WILL BE USING IT.

Failed to explain that you have to poke a hole through the grommet fabric to use the cable lock!
