We ordered our car cover on 4/30/20 for our new CanAm 2 up ATV. At that time I ordered two additional items, which did not arrive until after I made a phone inquiry. When the car cover arrived it did not fit nor did it match the cover that was described in their video. It did not have the wind vents, nor did it have a zipper cover for the gas tank nor for the tool box. I called the customer service department on 5/16 and it went to a voice mail. The recording said leave your number and someone will be back with you in 24 to 48 hours. After no response I sent an email on 5/16, the response said I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours, on 5/19 I received an email requesting my feedback on the purchase, I responded with my issues and received a response thanking me and saying someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, no response. On 5/21, I called and waited on hold to finally talk to a live person, and at this point received a return authorization. The cover and the tie down straps were returned on 5/29/20. On 6/10 after no notification that the return had been received I made a call and then received an email that the cover had been received and the review process had been started & someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I never heard another word, on June 15th my credit card was credited for the amount of the cover, but not for the tie down straps that were returned. I feel sorry for anyone needing a warranty issue. They really duped me with their descriptive video and I am still getting solicitations to purchase another cover. NOT

The ordering was quick and easy, excellent website. The car cover was not a CUSTOM COVER so it was big and baggy in the front and the back and the sides didn't cover. I ordered the Platinum cover, put in the make, model and year and got back a generic close enough cover that fits most cars of that similiar size. When I tried to return it first offered me an additonal 15% off, this wasn't about the price but the fit and protection of my car. I have other car covers for other cars and motorcycles, they fit beautiful and tight.
I was told I could order a custom cover for a much higher price, which was not quoted and would have to be calculated. I finally got a return authorization and mailed it back next day. It will now take 2 weeks for the cover to be inspected and my refund approved less whatever charges they deem appropriate. The cover came out of the bag, on the car for fit and refolded back in the bag to return. Shouldn't really be any damage or dirt, the car was just waxed.
