Before I ordered I called their customer service line. I had a couple of questions about the way the cover fit. The person I spoke to was very helpful. I haven't used yet but am glad I won't be covering my truck with a tarp anymore when my wife kicks me, or I should say my truck, out of the garage due to a snow storm. If I had half a brain I should have ordered a cover for her Rav 4 and kept my truck in the garage. Hindsight is great.
Delivery was quick. I haven't had a chance to use my car cover yet. But, it looks like a well made cover.

I had an issue which prompted me to call customer service. I was missing one item with my order. The representative was courteous and professional. The item was delivered to me the very next day with no additional fees. I would definitely order again.
Got the cover and it looks like it a great cover.
