Great customer service - Motorcycle had 10 year warranty and disintegrated only 2 years into Warranty - carcovers.com replaced it and I had to pay shipping. I also paid to upgrade to better cover so hopefully this one lasts the full 10 years.

Update: Got it. It works great. Getting more and more used to putting it on (Escape is pretty big). The underside is cloth-like = no scratches. Thanks.
