Shipping time was a bit longer than expected.

Car Covers offers covers which are custom fit for cars at a very reasonable cost. It arrived quickly and is of good quality. It was a gift to my fiancée for his Mercedes Benz and he is thrilled with it. I would definitely order from them again.

The car cover is easy to put on our new Chrysler 300 (15 mins.); BUT, what a job getting it off and folded (nearly an hour!). The removed car cover doesn't quite fit into it's storage bag. I'll try folding it differently next time. Trial & error? It sure keeps the dust and pollen off the car though.

Didn't fit properly... doesn't seem easy to secure even with the straps and lock... reading the process for returns looked difficult

Again, a pleasant experience. This is my second car cover and this time I got the top of the line. Your product far exceeds the cover I bought from one of your competitors. I called after I placed the order, just to clarify something, and it had already been taken care of. This to me customer service and satisfaction.

It was an easy buy, other places wanted 500 bucks for a cover. It doesn't fit snug like the custom ones, but it does cover the car well. I read reviews of horrible experiences with this company, but in my case, the cover fit, it was easy to install, all the accessories worked, so I myself can't complain. When it comes time for a warranty claim, I'll be glad to write another review, but as for now, everything is good.
