The cover arrived in a timely fashion and was packaged well, so no damage in shipping, which happens a lot these days. However, I did find the cover elsewhere, quite by accident, for a much lower price, contacted you regarding this, still waiting for your response.

Car cover did not come in box and no directions, Had to look online to see how to secure cover, but so far I love the cover. Took my Sea Doo out today and cover did great!

I think that the delivery time was just a little excessive but it was in good shape when it arrived. I have a 2017 Ram 3500 Crew-Cab Dually and I called and spoke with customer service before it was purchased and they stated it should fit without any problems. Well it does but the cover is universal I understand but it just fits and I hope that it stretches out a little around the back rear fenders as it's very tight. Now for another little issue the security cable is to short to go under the truck due to the running boards, it's about 8 inches short to go into the grommet. They have a good product it looks like, but we will see based on the sun in North Carolina as it destroyed my other car cover (I won't name the other company) that I have on another car.
