The ordering process was great - delivery time was very good but the cover is terrible. Fitment is grossly out of whack. Last week I contacted customer service via your online site. I want to send it back for a new cover or refund if made from the same pattern/model. I'm waiting to hear from customer service as to what my options are. It's been over a week and no word yet from CustServ.

Cover is great quality and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Only takes a few minutes to put on or remove.
I like the cove although very windy out here and the cover did not completely stay on in the front of the vehicle it picked up a few times.
It was a good experience. Hopefully the product will be as good. The only thing I don't like about my cover is that the back of the cover has to much access material. It almost drags on the ground.
