In July on my first trip with my new cover, the seams failed causing damage to the paint on my new Honda Talon.
When I reached out to talk to someone is took over an hour of hold-time, and I could only get a member of the sales team. My emails take several days to get answered, and all they say is that they are looking into it.
Stay away from this company. They will not take ownership of any damage caused by poor workmanship, and materials.

I did one search for 'car covers' and I've been spammed with really childish ads for the site on YouTube for 2 days. I won't buy a cover from the site solely because of this ridiculous marketing tactic. Tip: you may want to avoid annoying potential customers.
