Quick and painless so far. Wish they had customer service open on the weekends.

Once I get through to customer service everything went really well. Everyone was polite and courteous. Once I receive the product, which was delivered promptly, I was very happy. This is my second purchase from this company and I would recommend it to anyone.

The only real problem I had, was with your phone system. Getting through was quite challenging.

The 30-day return policy is a problem for me because I do not have the car and cannot try the cover on the car. It is possible I will not have the car before expiration of the return time.

I really wanted a black indoor/outdoor cover but you don't have one.

I have had many car covers, and every single one of them let moisture or dust penetrate! With this cover NOTHING PENETRATES! I would recommend this cover to anyone! The cost of the cover is low considering the protection!

Easy site to use. I Thought it would be a fitted cover but not fitted around mirror or antenna or hood ornament so these will be wear spots..
