I ordered a car cover for the first time from your company last month. The experience overall was very good. I don't normally do on-line shopping but the description of the car cover sounded good so I tried it. The shipping was quick and everything arrived in excellent condition. I am very happy with the cover - it fits well and gives good protection from the dust and the rain. Other covers I have had did not cover the entire car. I liked the cover so much that I have ordered two more covers for my other cars. I plan to order another car cover from your company. The product and the service is great.

I bought a cover for a Vespa. I was able to input the model number, and the site requests details to ensure a proper fit. I noted that I have a helmet carrier on the back. However, there is no "pocket" for the carrier. The cover does fit over it but it is stretched high above the seat, meaning that there is wasted fabric hanging awkwardly from the mirrors to the top of the carrier. Also, the cover doesn't go close enough to the ground, leaving the bottom part of the bike exposed.

Happy with site navigation, and ease of ordering, but not at all happy with fit of car cover. In the middle of trying to get a refund now. Have been waiting a week to get the RMA so I can get my money refunded to me. So much for 'no hassle returns". Customer service is pretty slow to respond, meanwhile cover is boxed up and ready to ship back, and my car is unprotected. Made a mistake and ordered from the wrong company. Happy with the fit and warranty of the two covers I bought from the other company. Should have paid closer attention to who I was ordering from. All car covers are not the same.
