Installed cover & noticed stitching was pulling apart. I emailed Carcovers with a photo showing the defect on November 15 & have not heard back from them to resolve this issue.

Great! The cover is easy to use. I put it on my car before today's snow storm and it worked perfectly. The snow was easily cleared and my car is nice and dry. I wished I had purchased a cover years ago.
