I GOT MY COVER IN 9 DAYS WHICH WAS VERY SLOW...WHEN I PUT IT ON MY FORD EXTENDED CAB WITH TOPPER PICKUP IT FITS LIKE A RAG LEFT TO RIGHT...HAD TO GET TWENTY LARGE SPRING CLIPS TO CLAMP THE EXTRA MATERIAL TOGETHER TO KEEP IT FROM BLOWING OFF IN THE WIND...I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID THAT WAS THE BEST THEY COULD DO... SHORT OF A CUSTOM MADE ONE... I BOUGHT THE BEST ONE THEY HAD SHORT OF THAT. NOT GOOD

Received partial order, had to contact ccc to get remaining part of order.
Purchased a cover for my 2005 2 UP snowmobile and received a cover so small it barely made it past the handlebars. Received the cover just in time for our trip and tried putting the cover on and found out quickly the cover was way to small - so we didn't use it. Ended up driving 12 hours round trip with no cover and the sled is now caked with dirt and salt. Called to return it and they said I would have to pay $20 for shipping or provide photo proof it didn't fit. Problem is the sled is hours away and get to it easily. They refused to waive the shipping fee without a photo. Thus the 1 star.

Awesome fast
Car Covers had a great website, very easy to navigate, look at the different options and find covers for my exact make and model. I ordered an Indoor Black Satin Shield cover and the material was very soft- perfect for an indoor storage application. The cover came folded so finding the front edge was very easy and unraveling it to fit was quick and easy. The fit was spectacular, not too loose and not too tight. I'm also very impressed with the follow through shown by the customer service team who checked in to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The whole experience was first rate and the customer service is five star. A great company to work with!
