My wife ordered me a cover for my Cadillac a week to 10 days before Thanksgiving, so I would have it for my middle of Dec birthday. Not until Dec was she notified the cover was back-ordered, oh and they (unlike many other on; line retailers) had already taken her money. She calls and they let her know the cover is 1 maybe 2 weeks away, and if she/we still want it they will do 10% off. The middle of the month comes and goes, with NO update, and my wife has not received a credit for the 10%. Christmas comes and goes, NO cover!
We cancel the order the 26th, and they don't even try to make it right, maybe offer a bigger discount. They call her on the 27th to let her know the cover she ordered was now in stock, would she like to reorder. BHAHAHAHAHAHA NO!
SAVE your $$$ and headache! Go else where!
Overall, great website that give you a lot of information. Helps clarify features and benefits of the product. Nice car cover that is light and say to install.
I called customer service to ask which car cover would be best to keep off dust while in a garage. I ordered the recommended cover and after several month I can say it really works well. The cover is like a black negligee on my McLaren. Very soft and slippery, fits well, and no dust is getting on the car. I like it very much.
Easily found what I was looking for.
I ordered a car cover for my 1967 Ford Mustang. It's hard to see the quality of a product by photos on-line. L am taking a leap of faith and hoping I receive a quality product. I received my cover and it appears to be a high quality product. The fit is good. The delivery was fast and ahead of schedule. I was out of town and my wife had no problems installing the cover I came home from my trip and it was raining. I checked under the cover the following day and the car was dry. So far this cover is everything they advertised. Thank you!
I have not used CarCovers it's raining here in Oregon and is winter here to so I will be using soon.
Took a little longer due to export issues and the exchange with the Canadian dollar. Over all the price for a custom fit cover is excellent.
This is my second time, as I tore the first cover that I recently purchased;-(
