We received the cover on time and it was exactly as described. We were missing a clip to the cover so I notified customer service and they sent one immediate, however it went to the wrong state but they quickly resent me a new one and all is well now!

I purchased a cover for a 2009 Mercedes SL500. The cover simply did not fit.On both sides of the car it is short and not covering the car at all. Twice I have come out and the cover was in the front yard. They offered to send some wind straps, which is fine and appreciated, but that does nothing for the cover being too small. They also need someone who answer complaints to be more customer friendly. These aren't inexpensive covers. I was offered a larger cover if I sent this one back. She said that it may be too big but I could try it. I said fine, send the cover and if fit better then I would send the other one back. I was told that they couldn't have two covers out at the same time. What the hell.

Purchased the Platinum Shield Car Cover for my 2007 Porsche Cayman. The fit is great, the inner lining is very soft giving me complete confidence that it will not scratch the paint, Easy to put on and take off, great elastic on both the front and rear of the cover. So glad I bought this cover and not some cheap piece of plastic that will rip apart in a few months.

It was easy to review information and place an order, and I appreciate the discounts. The car cover was received as expected. However, when we placed it over the 2007 Toyota Tundra short-bed pickup truck, it was short on the sides, not covering the last few inches of paint on both sides, leaving the running boards exposed. It did withstand the relatively high winds of 25 - 35 mph and 2" of rain we had over the past 2 days, which is good. But it would be nice if someone could call me to discuss if this is the expected fitting for the specific truck I have. Thanks, John

Inferior quality car cover; 3 weeks to receive car cover is absurd.
