The cover is of very high quality and the customer service is great! I would make one improvement however. There should be a reinforced hook area, not only as you have on the sides, but also on the front and back of the cover.

Purchased an Ultimate Shield Motorcycle cover from CarCovers.Com on July 19,2018 for my 2017 Ultra Glide Limited Low FLHTKL. Total cost $96.
The Bike was kept in the garage up north so the cover stayed in its bag. When I got to Florida of December I kept the bike in a storage unit.
In January I started keeping the bike outdoors and using the cover. Within 3 months the cover started to come apart. Within the past week it spread like wildfire.
I contacted carcovers and they said they would prorate the warranty and charge me for shipping. Total cost $27.03. I did not want to have the same cover so I upgraded
To their Platinum Shield Cover for an additional $21. So now I am into them for $144.
On top of that they told me they would not offer the lifetime warranty for the platinum cover. I have since requested a refund of $48.
As of today No Response. STAY AWAY
