I just received my new "Black Satin" car cover and am pleased to review it. I wanted to say that it is the most luxurious car cover I have ever owned. It literary could be used to cuddle a newborn baby. I'm covering my 2019 Mustang Bullitt but it could easily be used to cover a new Ferrari or any expensive American / Foreign sports car. This company has definitely found a market for people who are REALLY picky and fussy with there car(s)

I am trying to return it. It does not fit the car. The product is not the quality they described. I repacked it & notified them. They sent me a whole list of things to do that required unpacking it
1) tAke photos of serial # on car cover & pouch it is stored in
2) Take photo of it showing it does not fit car. It takes two people & we tried for 1.5 hrs to get it on the car. I told them it had roof racks installed by BMW, & presume they did not allow for that in sizing. I am not unpacking & repacking it to show them their error again.
3) repack (again) - that is done now.
4) return all items - will send it back requiring a signature for receipt.
I paid $39 extra to get it here & now they require me to pay to get it back to them.

They should pay to return it. I am very upset. I will report this to BMW so they don't buy car covers from this company & I will also report it to American Express Platinum. I Do expect a refund as their advertising promises.

I hope other customers have a better experience. Mine was horrible.
