The delivery time was according to the schedule date but I had hoped it would arrive by Christmas instead of on 12/27. Customer service was always very responsive by email and via phone. I forgot to put my coupon code in when processing my order so I emailed car-covers immediatley and they adjusted it right away. No hassles and no waiting for it to process. We haven't put the cover on yet since we have been getting snowstorms but we can't wait to try it out.

We have not put the car cover on the vehicle yet. Another family member will use it out of state. The ease of its utility will be very important since this family member has the use of only one arm. If the experience is satisfactory, a cover for another vehicle will most likely be ordered.
