My cover had a slight sewing defect and when I sent pictures of it to Car Cover they were very prompt in replying to my email. They offered me a partial refund and said if I ever had any problems it is covered under the life time warranty. That's great customer service and would highly recommend Car Cover to anyone that might need a cover for there vechicle.

Received cover...took it out of the box and put it on...there in the very back where the white top meets the grey sides...was a small tear...called Company...they gave me the manufacturer's number...which I called...told her the story...and she said she will send me a patch...really...a 385.00 cover...JUST PUT IT ON...and I'm getting a patch...YAY

I attempted to contact their customer service to help facilitate a return for my elderly parents and the customer service rep was rude and unprofessional. My parents followed their process and didn't receive a follow up response. I tried to contact the company and was misinformed by the unprofessional customer representative. I had to call back the next day and request to speak to the manager who eventually resolved the issue. I cannot speak about the product but as for their customer service, I would not recommend using this company.
The only issue I had was your site said you would email me when shipped, never got a notification.
The cover is exactly as described and fits like a glove, absolutely perfect, I love it! Highly recommend.
I bought one from another mfg (Empire) and it was just a big sheet, at least 3 sizes too big and was laying on the floor all the way around. I would have been better off buying a tarp at my local hardware store.

Now that I have received my custom fit car cover, I realized it's not so custom fit. There are no mirror pockets and there is excess material on both front fenders that can flap in the wind and rub the paint. The descriptions say the car covers are made in the U S however it was shipped from Canada, which has me scratching my head.
