I bought one if your car covers and I bought the best one It was the gold shield 5L and it said it was 100% waterproof on the website and I installed it it fit the car very nicely was a good fit but it rained one night and the next morning I pulled the cover off and I had wet spots in multiple places where the water soaked right through the cover and onto the car so it is definitely not 100% waterproof like they claim otherwise it is a nice cover fits well was just hoping it would have shed the water better and not soaked it into the car and left wet spots on the car which it rained the day after again and even a few days after the rain I removed the cover from the 2nd rainstorm and the car was still wet even though it was a few days of sunny warm weather so I'm still on the fence about how well it breathes versus trapping the moisture against my car under the cover so aside from the water issue had no issues with the cover

As for the customer service it was excellent and response back was above and beyond. My question was answered in less than one minute after asking. I received my car cover (Gold Shield 5L) in a normal timely manner. As for my initial reaction to the car cover I expected a thicker cover with a way softer lining to protect from very fine scratches to the paint which I can't say it will as of now. The cover I purchased (which is suppose to be the best offered) states superior protection from UV rays and the elements. I have messaged with several very satisfied customers that have purchased the exact cover prior to me making the decision to get one. The feedback I received was nothing but perfection. As for the custom fit my initial thoughts after putting it on my car (2013 Corvette 60th anniversary " mirror BLACK") could have been better, but time and the cover relaxing " wrinkles" may prove better. And to be a 5 layer cover seems very thin and light but time will prove the protective quality. I've had other car covers that I felt fit better, had softer lining and as for UV "reflective" ability had a better outer shell. But those covers were heavier and more expensive. But if this cover (Gold Shield 5L) does what it says it can "and time will tell" it will be the go to cover without a doubt at twice the price. As for my star ratings they reflect initial truthful opinion when I first received the cover and put it on my car which could be higher or lower rating after a few months of use.
