Product and product customer service is excellent. Marketing is predatory; your agent(s) kept pestering me AFTER I purchased the product to buy the product. Your CS response to my concern was to unsubscribe to your website; not good business to encourage customers not to use your website!

Love the cover I bought in 2016 (order *******), but a cat peed all over it and had to get a new one. Luckily, the cover got peed on and not the car!

Overall this is a great company to order from. My only problems were that I had trouble entering the coupon code and had to email to ask how it should be entered. I also tried to call sales, but was disconnected as soon as they answered my call. Upon receiving the cover it looks great and fits perfectly. The material is a little light, but it does make it easy to install.

I am not impressed with the inside lining of this cover, as I have bought one before, for my SUV and after a year it dry rots and the lining inside leaves a coat of white dust as it is disintegrating from the heat/cold weather. I was under the impression by the ad for this cover that the inside lining was a different material. I would return the cover but the time and expense with Amazon are too much effort.

It was very easy, no problems so far.

Well right know I am going to order another one for my sister in-laws. Ana Lanadaverde. I hope everything is like u guys say, with the Warranty. Will see in a few months how will it hold up, dust and moisture, and sunlight.
