Havent used the product yet to describe satisfaciotn hence the 3 starts.
BUT - I asked shipping to delay the shipping and I was informed you/they wold delay it since I was out of town. Of course they were wrong and the product shipped. I had to ask a neighbor to retrieve it so to avoid theft, etc.
That is only issue - lack of follow though this one instance. Am sure you perform well overall but this one instance failed

I have received the ordered cover but will not be installing it until the snow flies. However the packaging was excellent and the necessary parts were included. It appears to be top quality material and the instructions are complete. The delivery was satisfactory. Thank you very much for such excellent service.

This is first time ordering from Car Cover. I'm very satisfied with the service and product.
I haven't even opened the pkg. But it appears OK.
The two other covers we have display their Co. Logo on the front making it easy to figure out front and back. After two tries we realized the very small tag on yours is the front. Our others fit very snug with pockets for the mirrors. Yours is very loose and not form fitting at all. Must be used for multiple vehicles. The rear bulges look like they're for headlights on another vehicle. We hope it weathers better than the fit. Certainly doesn't look like the online picture.
