The discount coupon code could be more prominent on the page but overall the site and buying experience was top notch. When it came to protecting my car... you had me covered.

After receiving the cover my optimism for CarCover.com waned considerably. The cover was nothing more then a tarpaulin big enough to fit my car (albeit just barely). No side mirror pockets. No custom fit (not even close). And I am still trying to figure out how the cable/lock that was included is suppose to be used. The cable is just slightly longer than the width of my car. There was no documentation inside the box. No receipt. No shipping invoice. No instruction booklet or diagram to show how the locking cable is suppose to be installed, how to care for the car cover or anything else. The peel and stick disk that seals the hole around the roof antenna started peeling off just minutes after it was installed. Overall the product CarCover.com is selling is extremely misrepresented on their website. Although the material the cover is made from "seems", at the moment, to be a quality material, the cover itself is poor fitting, has no side mirror pockets, has a non-existent seal around the roof antenna and arrived in very poor condition as it was simply crammed into a plastic bag without being folded neatly beforehand. Have used the cover several days now and there is no sign of the wrinkles and creases in the material softening or smoothing out. Frankly, with the wrinkles and the very poor fit, it just looks UGLY. Definite waste of money that would have probably bought a better product elsewhere (and maybe for less).

I made one phone call to find out about when the sale would end because I couldn't purchase it till Oct 8 and the customer service agent was very pleasant and gave me a straightforward answer that I could work with.
After I received the package, I was concerned about the weight of the package. That might be because it was compression packed but I haven't opened the package as yet. I was so looking forward to receiving it but now I don't know what to do. There's no way I could handle such a heavy product. I am 5' 0'' and older than I would like to say. I went back to the listing on the Car Cover webpage and nowhere did I find shipping weight info as is common on most product sales websites. I am not sure what to do now.
