The weight of the earings purchased recently was mentioned to be Approx 3.65 Grams and today recieved e Certificate which say actual weight is 2.64 Grams. Suprising Caratlane customer care said that it is how they will charge and no refund will be issue for that difference. This means if you place order for 10Grams(Approx) there are high chances that you might recieve only 5 or 6 Gms. In my case going by today's Gold Rate i was charged extra 6000 rupees(1Gram is 4770 rupees). This is Big Scam and pls don't fall for it.

Please be informed that the metal weight which is mentioned on the website is approximate as the jewelry is crafted only once the order is placed. Also, any difference amount will be refunded back to the customer as promised as we charge only for the weight of the metal. I bought nepolean platinum ring through caratlane's online service but it wasn't perfect size so I booked try at home service... it was really helpful. The executive Mr. Abul came twice for exchange the ring... he helped us in all the manner... thanks Abul... thank you caratlane.

Recently I purchased one diamond ring. Unfortunately the size was bigger. But after talking with the caratlane customer service representatives Juwairiya helped me get to the right team and after that Harsh took care of everything and placed exchange order for me of my choice. Very polite, punctual and cooperative executive team members, both online and offline. Excellent hassle free customer service, particularly by jewelry expert Mr. Santhosh who was always very patient in explaining. The only negatives are high making charges and no provision of GIA/IGI certificates in preset designs.
