I had an AWESOME experience walking into Sahara ganj carat lane. Honest to god truth I was perplexed thinking of buying gold as I am used to buying gold and platinum just looks very different but the warm welcome that I received from the staff (Abhishek singh) and the way I was guided and education about the each and every ornament that I struck my eyes on helped me finalize my purchase. I would definitely recommend carat lane to all.

I bought mangalsutra Online from caratlane and wanted it to be shipped internationally. Caratlane customer service (Hitesh) provided great service and they were periodically updating the status to me. The received the jewelry on time

Please don't buy anything from these, even i was their old customer, they want refund full money back, i returned a order and they charge 500 rs per pickup charge also.and returned half amount of product. I gave them all box and certificate everything, still customer care people saying they only can give half amount of product, how come?

Don't ever buy from caratlane they are making fool people. While buying they'll charge one price by saying we will be deducted 10%of the price while selling the same but they never do that more than half the price they deduct by saying gay making charges which they never clarify while buying after asking again and again also. Behavior of sales person horribly bad. Horrible experience. I wish I could give less than zero rating.
These so called corporates are so poorly managed. They give you a date and time slot, then make excuses, for a 9.30 am scheduled meeting at home for a diamond pendant, they call at 10 and say I don't have the product yet in my hand, I will come at 11. Then promise they will be there by 1. I wasted my whole day waiting and left at 3pm. Had to overtime my driver for them delaying my entire schedule. Guess what? At 4pm I get a call, we can be there tomorrow. Seriously? Who do you think you are? Never do any business with them. I am finished.
Horrible service. No update once you give it for repair. Pls dont buy. I placed an order or an earrning after trying at home. Paid 50% of the amount but since the earring strand was very thick it was not getting inside my ears. So i asked them to customize it. Been two wks no update. Horrible
Visited to store for purchasing 50k but staff patience service and mostly explanation about solitaire made me purchase around 80k
I had a twisty 8 hoop from Carat Lane online in October 2018. Product was delivered in time, however the hoops which were delivered were not opening and hence could not be worn. We asked for online refund, Mr Furqan convinced us to buy another product and this product will be picked up at home. However our headache started with the refund process, this person came to our house and since we were working we told him to come at 10.30 AM next day, so he said keep your gold ornament with your neighbour. We were aghast at his suggestion. Best part is when we complained to Carat Lane, Ms Ruhi Safiya and Supervisor roughly told us to have kept it neighbours.
They refused to budge from this stance saying I will do this. Finally they have refused to return and refund.
Did not like the product and poor policy. Do not buy from caratlane. I hope they will change their policy.
Purchased a solitaire ring for my wife. An out of the world experience at the outlet. A very welcoming staff helped with the selection process. Mr Anand, the owner added personal touch by refining the choice for us. To top it up, the chosen diamond had a flaw, so got a free upgrade. WOW. Overall the best experience at a jewellery store.

Be it the design of the store, be it the customer centric store managers - Venkat & Francis. The care and the professionalism on display makes it a worthwhile experience... even for a Jewellery hater like me to come back and shop for my wife
