This is my first experience with CaratLane. I was very hesitant to step into a gold shop due to pandemic but had to buy earrings for my daughters. Looked at CaratLane and they had an try at home option. The whole process was very smooth right from fixing appointment and sending the executive. Mr Santhosh called me and checked for a convenient time and came home. He showed us the designs we selected and got few more similar samples to try. Had a very pleasant experience with Sadiq with Carat Lane's *******@Home visits. He was patient and came with more options over 2 days. It was a good and comfortable experience shopping from home.

I wanted 5 rings till 23rd July. When I ordered the rings through Vivek from caratlane, it was showing date of delivery as 5th August but Vivek really pushed my case and all the rings were delivered 1 day before promised.
Vivek was really helpful in the entire process and kept sending me updates about my purchase.
I also love the fact that they send product certificate on mail.
