I like your service and product, except the fact that the shipping could have been better.

The box (metal) got dented in all corners because of no proper packaging.

I would request your team to improve the packaging in an efficient bubble wrapping.

The jewelry is very good. I am writing to appreciate the great customer service. I had to deal with some returns and exchanges as my jewelry were gifts and my cousins wanted to exchange. The customer service was very patient and helpful. They accommodated all my requests and very promptly replied to all my queries. I will definitely be making more purchases here.
