My son fixed up an appointment on Carat Lane for home viewing of the selected jewellery pieces. Within two days the selected jewellery pieces were brought at our doorstep by Mr Rabindra, a very polite professional and a persuasive one. Options are very less but customer service is good. You should give more options in products. Also in store stock is very less from the website.
