Caratlane crew is so helpfull and helped on whatsapp or online shopping also. Beautiful collection in caratlane for party wear and daily wear and I don't know about diomand very well but I am thankful to MR. Rehan he explained me very well about the collection. I am so much happy for it

Very rude behaviour and staff is least interested in attending to customers. Had to request multiple times if they have the design i was looking for. Finally when i could one of them to help me, All he was interested in was to make me pay advance amount. Staff here is least interested in explaining the price break up and the clarity of diamonds. Least i expect is a pleasent shopping experience when i am about to spend over a lakh. Finally placed order in Bluestone outlet nearby.

They r giving jewelry for 15 days to wear. I order bracelet at the time of purchase agents told its daily wear.
After 15 days its broken. When i contactedcustomer care they r saying after 15 days u have to paymaking charges, discount and GST.
After his products making fault they r making fool to people.
Dont purchase anything from this site. Horrible experience.
