I must say that this ring set is absolutely stunning, much beautiful in person.
This was an international order and due to confusion in the ring size i had received the wrong ring. Had to return and reorder but I must say that this entire process was handled very well by their international teams manager Mr. Shailendra. I had asked to look at some bracelets on trial at home. Mr. Vijayanand brought a few pieces that were similar to the two that I had requested.
From start to finish, the entire process of carefully choosing a bracelet for my niece's birthday, to having it personalised, was entirely looked after by Mr. Vijayanand. I appreciate that he ensured that delivery timelines were met, and that he went out of his way to make sure that the bracelet personalisation was exactly what I had wanted. On the day of delivery, though it was torrential rain, he made sure that he delivered the bracelet to me. I truly appreciated this.
