12 Nov: sorry give us 1- 2 days or we will cancel and give you money after 7 days
Call center team doesn't give you a name, number to be held responsible, no escalation mechanism, no way to find out real status of delivery!
If u are running an online store, find a process to be available and be transparent... if u have screwed up an experience, u should know how to reimburse and make good fast.

I was looking out for pendants on trail at home. Mr. Vijayanand bought a few similar pieces that were similar to what I had asked for.
