I placed an order with Hatco International or capwholesalers.com on June 18,2009 for hats that we needed for the 4th of July weekend. I allowed them 7-10 business days before calling. When I called, they told me that my order had never been shipped and they would have it sent out within 1-2 days. I called back a few minutes later & asked to speak with a manager that the option that they gave me was not acceptable. I explained what happened to the manager and asked that they next-day my shipment because this was their mistake and waiting until after the Fourth of July weekend was costing my business money. She told me that they could do that, but I would have to pay additional for the shipping. I have already paid freight charges when the order was suppose to be sent out. I told her that was not acceptable and she told me she would just cancel my order then. I told her that I did not want my order canceled and wanted my hats before the weekend. She them told me that if I had called days sooner they would have had enough time to get them by the weekend. I placed the order two weeks before I thought that would be enough time to receive them. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said she was it that she was the manager. I asked to speak with the owner and conveniently she was the owner as well. Now I am an owner in my business and when I speak to people right from the start that is how I address myself. Again, she told me she would cancel my order and I again told her I did not want my order canceled. After going around in a circle for several minutes she finally said that she would refund my freight charges send them out today, July 1,2009, and that I would receive them by July 3. I accepted her offer and got off the phone. A few minutes passed and I received a phone call telling me that they called to confirm the delivery date and it would not be until July 6 and that my options were to cancel my order or to pay the difference for next day shipping. I told her to cancel my order.

Answer: We ship UPS and they will not deliver to a PO box. Perhaps you can use a relatives physical address?
