I have ordered several prints from CanvasPeople that are wonderful. I had a print that wasn't up to my standards (my fault) but customer service explained what happened and offered me a wonderful option even though the order couldn't be refunded. Again this was not thier fault the picture I submitted wasn't the right resolution. So all I can say is THANK YOU very much CANVASPEOPLE!

We were offered one of CanvasPeople's advertising products: a "free" pillow with the photo of your own choice. Since canvas is one of our favors, we decided to give it a try. What a surprise after paying $20+ dollars for so called shipping fee, the pillow arrived is a size of only 10"x10", not a standard dimension we expected, very disappointed. After chatting with the neighbors, we were encouraged to write a review so that people will know what to expect. For sure we will not use them again and don't recommend it to anyone.

My shopping experience has always been a positive one. The website is easy to navigate, and customer service is great. I recently placed an order and I realized I made a mistake with that order. I contacted CS, and they quickly cancelled my order, so I could place the correct order.

Good, easy to do on your phone or laptop. I wish the frame thickness was bigger. Received print and box was broken but print was fine.
