This was easy ordering, I had no problems. Fast shipping. I just wish they would run these specials on smaller prints like 8x10 and smaller.

I bought 3 canvases at the same time, and 2 out of 3 had issues.

First Print

The wire for framing my print was installed upside down, so my print is completely unusable. I planned to resell this print and paid extra for a framed and premium canvas print, but that's no longer an option because I'll have to repair this to install the wire the correct way, leaving holes where they installed it incorrectly. It's simply not the level of professionalism I want to showcase (extra holes from mistakes) when selling canvases I order from here.

The other 2 prints I ordered are wired correctly with the barcode at the bottom and wire at the top, but this one has both the barcode and wire at the bottom.

Second Print

The plastic wrap on a second print had a huge hole/gash when I first looked inside the packaging. This allowed the cardboard box to rub against the canvas during shipping, which smudged the canvas in the exposed area causing the print to lose both color and luster, and rubbed a very noticeable spot in one location.

I paid for premium canvas on this order as well, and now cannot resell it for my photo business.

Exciting to see it come together just as I imagined! Thanks. It was Beautiful!
