Website was simple and user-friendly (although it would be nice if there was a way to drag/adjust the cropping for placement). Shipped MUCH more quickly than expected and was received very FAST within days of ordering! The products (6 total in 2 different size canvases) were absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I placed my order the first week of December, and I am now wondering what to get my parents on Christmas Eve because my print did not show and you cannot get anyone in customer service.
I've ordered from them three times. Each time worked as advertised. I had no issues so I haven't tried to contact customer service.
Do not order from this company! They are a scam or at a minimum not completely legit. Yes, the prices are great and they have a professional looking website but the facade quickly starts to crumble. The first sign was when Amex called to tell me the purchase I made was routed through a German bank. That was weird and the seller came up as something totally different. The next sign was never receiving a confirmation of shipping. When I went to their website it shows their partner is UPS but in other areas it shows they ship via FedEx. Then I tried calling the customer service number but as another reviewer pointed out, I only heard a recording with another company's name listed. There is not an option to leave a voice mail and the supposed hours of the center is 9-6pm EST but there is never anyone available during this time. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Looks like I am now out over $100 and the Christmas gifts I was so excited about for my daughter and son in law will not arrive as expected. Yes, the canvas print idea is great but do not use this company! Based on my experience, I find it hard to believe any of the positive reviews are from actual customers. It would not surprise me to learn that they too were fakes.
Yes I am getting nervous. You CANNOT get in touch with this company. When you email you get a response in German. And nobody answers the phones. I never got a tracking # and I ordered on the 14th it said shipped almost an hour after I ordered...
It was so quick and easy! I did it from my phone and literally had the canvases the next week! Good quality too. A few were the tiniest bit blurry, but I knew those certain ones would be because of the pictures I chose. Otherwise, great end result and very happy with them. Thanks, canvasonsale!

The quality was very good and they delivered my product on time. Everything was good just went I sent them a clearer picture. Wished the picture would have been a little better quality. Other than, I would do future purchases with them and would recommend them.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered three canvases that were three different sizes and they all arrives crooked. They were so crooked that you can tell just by looking at them. When you try to call the number provided on the site, there is a generic computer answering machine that does not even say the company name. Then you are not able to leave a response because the mailbox is full. When you email them, it takes days to get a response and when you do, it looks that the email provider they used is german or dutch. Very weird. Also, the response comes from a company called Best Canvases. Forget about the 100% love it or leave it guarantee on their website. I finally got an email response from them and they requested pictures of the crooked canvases. When I sent the pictures, i received a response saying there is nothing wrong with the item and that I hung the items crooked. Absurd. Now I am stuck with crooked canvas photos that are unusable and out of pocket $98. Now I have to go through my bank to get this charge sorted out. The company is a fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
