I ordered from the Groupon months ago. I also had a lot of difficulty using their site with the code and experienced poor customer service, but eventually it went through. Weeks went by... nothing. I ended up moving out of my old place and they contacted me by email some time after saying my address wasn't valid. I gave them a new address but they had already thrown away my order. They made no attempt to offer me a replacement deal or order. 0/10 completely unprofessional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I contacted a customer service rep named Kim because I had bought a groupon for a 20 x 16 canvas for my mom for mothers day and the code was not working on their site. I had called and asked her many questions like why 16 x 20 was not in the list when customizing the canvas and her responses were less than unprofessional. I asked her another question and she huffed in the phone like I was annoying to her or wasting her time... excuse me for trying to get something I bought. She then was talking to another representative in the back ground while I was asking a question and then says what did you say... well if you were not being rude you would know. I asked politely for a manager and she said no. Yes you read that correctly... told me no. I have never dealt with a company who is so unprofessional. I called groupon and cancelled my order immediately. I never feel the need to blow up companies online or on social media but this company is a scam and all should be warned. I will never use them and will tell everyone I know not to as well. Groupon has also been informed of the situation and I hope they will not promote this company any longer.

I also bought a groupon, but when I entered the code--nothing happened. The instructions said to check out. I did. Nothing showed that I had completed my purchase, AND it showed that I still had an item in my basket so I hit purchase again--same result. Mind you, I had already PAID for the groupon. I was within the time frame for ordering. I checked my email and they said the purchase was complete TWICE! They charged me 104.00! TWICE! There is no apparent number for customer service so I emailed them to instruct them to return my money. NO RESPONSE. AT. ALL. Groupon will only refund the cost of the groupon--you are on your own with this dishonest business!

I am blown away by the lack of customer service I've received from these people. I purchased a Groupon for two canvases, meant to be mother's day gifts for my mom and mother-in-law. When I tried to enter the coupon code, the site said it was invalid. I emailed them explaining what happened. I attached a screenshot of my groupon and everything. Five days later I've heard nothing back, so I called the customer service number on their site, only to hold for a long time and then be disconnected twice! So I sent another email saying how unhappy I am, only to receive an automatic response telling me that sending multiple emails won't get me a faster response. These people are ridiculously unprofessional, there is no excuse for this! I DO NOT recommend buying from them! The only reason they're even getting one star from me is because zero stars isn't an option!

I purchased a Groupon for the 20x16 canvas. The photo I selected worked best on a 20x10 canvas. I contacted customer service to see if the size could be reduced (read less canvas and less cost to CanvasOnSale) and they declined. I was offered the solution of resizing to a 3x4 ratio. This did not eliminate the problem. When I informed the customer service representative she declared it was not an issue with the site and they could not help me. These folks are inflexible and a seemingly simple fix was not provided. I offered to pay a change fee for a new code allowing the new size and was declined. CanvasOnSale does not want your business, search elsewhere.

I got a groupon for a canvas from this site. I had never used in the past. I was not sure of the quality. When I got it in the mail, it looked great. It was great quality and I noticed on their website they are not badly priced.

I gave a 4/5 stars because I had a small hiccup with the charging, apparently they are an international company and I got charged a fee by my bank. It was a very, very small fee, but it was never mentioned when I purchased. I told my bank, they said you have to contact the company. When I contacted CanvasOnSale, they said it was the bank. However, they were quick in getting me the refund and apologized.

I printed my wife's all time favorite baby picture of our son for Christmas. The canvas arrived and I was pretty bummed because the black & white filter gave it a purple hue to it and the canvas itself was loose. I received and email asking for a review so I wrote that I was unhappy with the results and nobody has contacted me since. It was a good price and all so I suppose I'll have to live with the old adage "You get what you pay for"

Took 12 days to get the canvas. Sent an email asking for an update. No response to this day. That was a month ago now. The canvas itself looks as cheap as it was. They may have great discounts, but the quality matches. They sent me an email asking me to review them. I did. Was told I'd be contacted to fix my dissatisfaction. That was two weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They just want your money and could care less what happens after they get it!

I was so excited to get the boxes and open them up! As I unwrapped them I was so very sad and disappointed! All of my friends have beautiful, bright, lovely canvas's hanging in their house and I was so embarrassed of how these look that I put them back in the box and his them from my husband. I went to their website and emailed them about getting information on their 100% quality guarantee. I keep checking my email for a response and after getting no response I decided to look up the reviews on this company and I guess I can forget about getting a response or any type of customer service at all and I am out money with a product that Is very if very poor quality. The photos were very washed out an light... faces were almost white they were so light. No contrast at all. I am appalled that any adult could put that in a box and ship it out to a paying customer! Very disappointed! I have learned my lesson about not reading reviews on a company before I place an order with them. I would not have written this review if they would have contacted me and offered to fix them. So this sums up my review on my order... POOR QUALITY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I cannot believe what just came out of the box that just arrived from CanvasonSale/Bestcanvas. My first clue that this company was not legit was a box taped like my child put it together. I gasped in horror at what appeared from inside. My professional photos cheaply stapled to a frame on cheap canvas. I could not look at the canvases. I destroyed them immediately as to leave no trace of their existence. Groupon and this company have failed.

Bought picture blown up on canvas from groupon from this company. Told them that the picture needed to be cropped so that the head was not cut off. They emailed me back saying sorry, they cannot. I told them I would leave a bad review. They sent me another picture saying they fixed it, head still cut off. Horrible quality. I have purchased many prints from CanvasPop, never a problem, tried CanvasOnSale and regretted it. Stay away, bad quality, and poor service.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. First off I had two canvases made and they both look awful. These were professional photos so quality wasn't an issue on my end. I would understand if I took a phone picture. Aside from the bad quality how is it acceptable to cut off the grooms head on a wedding picture. I was told it was because I chose to wrap my foto instead of choosing a border. Compared to the actual picture it was cropped and re-sized to fit. I am not a genius or claim to be, but if you are in the business of making canvases how hard is it to properly fit a picture on the canvas properly. Come on I'm sure the software does it for you. This was only the beginning. After contacting them they agreed to redo our order. I was happy considering that was a huge mess up. Upon delivery I opened the package to find that I received someone else's order. I contacted them again and guess what. They resend the same order again of another family. I contacted them yet again a last time and you would think they would make sure to send our pictures. I guess third time is not the charm for this company. They are a joke, now I'm left with two poorly printed half $#*! ccropped canvases. Not only that I have 6 canvases of somebody else's family and pictures to prove it. How hard can it be to ship the right order? I can get that they send the wrong one once, but three times is pure incompetence. Stay away from this company. Don't even bother dealing with them.
