I ordered some prints from Canvas On Sale. They were reasonably priced and arrived in about ten days. One of the pictures had a white stripe on one edge which was obviously not what I wanted. I contacted Customer Service, explained the issue, sent photos and requested a replacement. They offered the replacement in an email signed by *... then the trouble began.

When the picture never arrived I contacted customer service on the telephone. I was told that the problem was not their fault, that they had sent me an email explaining it was my fault and advising that I needed to reorder. I never received that email although I have received and retained every email I actually got since about 1982. The customer service rep kept chuckling while I was talking. When I asked what was so funny the person simply noted that my problem was a funny one.

Bottom line, I do not want to do business with people who are openly contemptuous of their customers and unwilling to back their products. Perhaps, Canvas World [canvasworld.com], Canvas Pop [canvaspop.com] or Canvas Prints [easycanvasprints.com] will be a better for customers like me who require both quality work and the basic tenets of respect.

I purchased two 48" x 36" canvas giclees from this company and both of the stretchers were warped, had footprints on them, were not appropriately supported, and were composed of very cheap material. I tried to fix them myself, but they were so damaged they will need to be re-stretched on a quality stretcher. The company contacted me and wanted to make things right. I was interested in their offer as I was donating one piece for a charity event. They decided to hide behind their return policy after contacting me, stood behind their low-quality materials and poor craftsmanship, offered me a publicly available coupon code as recompense, and the code they offered was a worse deal than the Groupon offers they currently have available. Avoid this scam of a business and invest your money in a print vendor who focuses on quality over quantity.

I received my order and the prints on the canvas were so dark you couldnt make out what the picture was. Now keep in mind the photos were taken with a professional camera and enhanced with photoshop before they were uploaded so it clearly was not the photos or quality of them. After going back and forth with a representative they totally agreed that I should not have received a canvas in that condition and asked if they can reprint them for me and I had no problem with that. Fast forward a little over a month and I still havent received the new prints so I called and got a representative who pretty much lied to me - when I asked where they were she told me they had shipped. When I asked for a tracking number and wanted to know why I didnt get an email she then told me that they were in the process of shipping and still in their photoshop department being fixed and I would get a tracking number when they are done and sent out. About an hour later I received and email with a tracking number and when the new prints got here they were exactly the same as they first ones and were clearly not fixed or even addressed and they just resent the same print as the first time - extremely horrible condition and customer service as well

I wrote a review for this company as I was very disappointed with the whole experience of purchasing canvases. I have the same background in professional photos and they all turned out to be slightly a different shade of colour? How does that happen? When I wrote my review, I get a response from the company dear Sharon my name is Amy! This company is very unorganized as I can see from the issues I have had and the lack of streamlined communication on their part. I have sent multiple emails and calls, yet they still tell me they dont have my contact info. Will not order again!

This is the 4th order I have placed with CanvasOnSale and They have never disappointed in anyway. Fast production and shipping and beautiful work!
