I tell everyone about this site they have a great sale prices and I get my prints very quickly. I find myself looking for pictures to have printed
I love my new Canvas picture! It is very nice and sturdy and looks great! I will use this company again--it's easy and reliable.
I placed an order for Three canvases for mother's day. One for my wife another one for my mother-in-law and one for my mother. Make a long story short I received two out of the three. They had sent one of them to some unknown address in a different state. When I called to follow up they could care less. They said they would return the shipping fee which I could give two craps about. The more important thing was that I did not have the one gift for my mother. They ruined it for me. They did nothing about it to make it right. I never received it on time for Mother's Day. I will never order a single thing from them even if it was free.
So... uploaded a photo, placed an order and when I received the product it had white spots (which I do not see on the original) all over it and the bottom of the photo had been cut off leaving 2 inches of obvious whitespace on the bottom of the canvas. Contacted customer service and was told that the canvas came out exactly as it was previewed. That's the wrong answer because even if true what professional would look at the proof and still print it instead of contacting the customer and letting them know that the quality of the final product was not up to par. Not these folks, they just print and send, will never use them again.
My family just recieved our 36"x24" canvas print ystrdy. It was for our living room and we cant stop looking at it as we walk by. Not only does it look stunning, the quality is amazing. The print, the colors, the sturdiness, and a wonderful addition to our home. Im in Canada and it arrived in a decent time; only one week. Truly satisfied with canvasonsale.com.
The end result is fairly decent. I would be careful of the metal prints as the edges appear to be very sharp!
I am NOT please, however, with the customer service! All but one order has been a hassle. The LAST ORDER was with a Groupon. The code kept coming up as invalid. When I contacted them, the response was a form letter telling me how to use the code from Groupon. I already know how to use it... but thecredjlt was an error message telling me the code was invalid. Then, I got a message giving me a long song and dance of all the processes I must go through... including screen shots... everything but 8x10 glossies... in order to get the print I had already paid for!
Easier to not do business with them again! The amount of time it would take to get the print I PAID FOR, would be MORE than the $10 I lose with their invalid code.
Third to me I ordered. I paint and sell abstract art.
I love having these pillows at my art shows.
I do only one of each painting, that way it's a one of a kind for my collectors.
I was absolutely amazed when I got my blanket I ordered it's not blurry at all it's absolutely perfect in every way. It's so soft and smooth to the touch. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Thank you so much for allowing me to have my memories on a blanket.
This company is DIGUSTING THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD $1,500 worth of purchases from this site! The Groupon I purchased did not even work the code to enter is invalid and no customer service ever the number that is listed they say call Monday through Friday but never state what times they are available I have called multiple times through out the day only to get the same automated message! The live chat is a JOKE they say hello how can I help you and NEVER GET BACK TO YOU! Bunch of SCAMMERS AND THIEFS DO NOT USE YOUR MONEY HERE! Report to Groupon so they can finally get these scammers off of their site
I tried to get my codes to work and never did happen! Tried to call and text for help and got none! Told me my code was not able to go though I copied and pasted it strait form Groupon if you want to get ripped off us this company

Seriously, they offer good deals without the vouchers and they say you can buy up to 5 vouchers each. Well, each voucher has to be redeemed on a separate cart with new shipping (minimum $9.99 each order). Not a good way to do business

I had ordered two separate orders. Two canvases for my mother in law to be sent to her and 5 for me. They sent me an email few days later stating they made a mistake with the pics and will correct it and send them out. My mother in law received her two but I received 2 canvases of pictures that were not mine. I emailed them, they asked for the D numbers on canvases. They apologized and said my order will be processes shortly. I got a tracking number and I thought my order of 5 would come. Friday I get an email that it was delivered and still I had nothing. They processed my mother in law's pictures again and resent two more to her. I emailed them and haven't had a response. I have never had a problem with them ever until now. It saddens me because I have ordered so much from them and now I have to find a new company. Hopefully I get my canvases this week or I need to call Paypal to get my refund.
** update I spoke to a very nice woman there and she said sshe will send right out and also rechecked the order for me. Keeping my fingers crossed.

My daughter who lives 4-5 states away surprised me with a photo canvas for Father's Day. It looks excellent!
Such a horrible experience with this website... keep uploading the pictures and at the end, group on code was keep giving error and wouldn't accept it... lost my money for sure!

I order a set of magnets since May 6th. Today is June 3rd and I still have not received my merchandise I contacted the company for the representative to say to me oh its on the way, there made in Germany, you should receive them in a week. That was two weeks ago! Thats all she said. When I asked if she had any information she said to me oh its mad in Germany it takes a while. I will never order from this company again! There service is horrible and its a rip off to take your money and you do not receive your merchandise

I redeemed a $5.00 groupon for a fleece blanket. I have to believe they use different materials based on that. Mine was basically... felt? Maybe a smooth felt? Definitely thinner than felt. I think I will use it as the center panel as a quilt or something.

Definitely had a good purchasing, redeeming, uploading, designing experience. Received my canvas at a good turn around rate. But Im a little disappointed that I wasnt able to hang it up right away because there was nothing attached to the back to easily hang it. No holes, no brackets, nothing. Now I have to worry about. Other than that, it looks good.
I have ordered 2 photo blankets since 4/30/17. One from printerpix.com, and the other from canvason sale.com. The first on from printerpix.com took me about 30-45 minutes to upload and arrange all of my photos for the blanket.
Then i figured the next order would go just as smooth. HAH. First off, your photo must be the perfect size and you you cant do multiple photos per blanket. There is no photo editing software in their website at all. Then after all of that was finally done my. Groupon voucher would not work. Then suddenly after i sent them a copy of my voucher somehow started working and they have no idea what "I" was doing wrong. So, i finally got past all of that and it cone time t pay for the shipping. Then it would not except my information. Every time i would enter my billing info and continue to the next page. It would just erase all the info i just entered and make me start over. So i contacted them again and they told me i must use a different web browser then safari. Blah blah blah.
In a nut shell, if I hadn't prepaid for the blanket. I would have never ever went through the hassle. In fact I started to think that was their whole approach to make it so difficult that you just give up. And they get to Keep your money!
