I have ordered from Canvas Champ numerous times. My most recent order consisted of canvas and metal prints ranging from 12" x 12" to 24" x 36", including several custom sizes for panoramic landscapes. I also ordered a large photo blanket for a gift.
When the order arrived, two of the items—a metal print and large canvas—had noticeable flaws which had escaped CC's quality control the first time around. I sent pictures documenting the flaws and they were reprinted and sent to me promptly, this time both perfect.
The blanket had not been shipped with the canvas and metal prints the first time around. Upon investigation, CC concurred and sent me the blanket separately. Its quality exceeded my expectations, much plusher and nicer than I was expecting. Well done, CC!
I might have settled on 4 stars, in view of the mishaps; however, the test of a company isn't always getting it right the first time and every time, because we're human and mistakes are inevitable. The real test, in my view, is how a company responds in these types of situations, when a mistake has been made, and on this basis, the 5-star review is warranted.

I bought 6 metal prints with front mounts.
2 of 6 were damaged.
Front mounts did not come with complete hardware.

I ordered a custom canvas for a graduation partyi am having for my God son. Creating the canvas was pretty easy When my package arrived it came out really nicely.
My only con is with shipping. I chose signature free because of my work hrs and availability. But for some reason I still needed to be present to sign for it. So I missed my shipment. The company did give me notification but did not have much information. I reached out a d they were happy to assist.

I used Canvas Champ to print a maritime photo onto metal, and it included the use of unique hardware befitting of a ship. I was a bit concerned after placing the order. I hoped it would come out well. When I received it, I was ecstatic! It was perfect. I used the print for a silent auction item for our Seafarers' Center fundraiser. The piece sold for about $250.
