I ordered a product but never received it. They didn't even bother to email when the product was shipped or when the product was out for delivery. I checked the status on the expected date of delivery and it showed that it was delivered 3days before. When I tried contacting canvas champ nobody had any answer for me for 3 days. After 3 days when I shouted they just emailed we will tell you when we hear back from our shipping agent. It's been 7 days since I raised a ticket and nobody even bothers to reply to email or update. Such a poor customer service. It's a fraud company with no real customer service experience. If the product is lost you are at your own risk, they won't bother to even talk to you. I have literally been harassed by trying to reach out to them to give an answer but looks like they don't even know.
I WANT to like this company. Their list of services are excellent and price is more reasonable than anything local. But their Quality is definitely mixed and they have yet to demonstrate an inability to fix significant errors on my order. I ordered 3 larger items (2 canvas and 1 acrylic print). Only 1 of the 3 arrived in Excellent quality. Two items were reprinted and customer service was quick to respond and claim this was not a reflection of their normal standard. On receiving the reprint, one of the two was excellent. I have now requested a THIRD reprint of my acrylic print and we are starting month 4 since my original order was placed. The acrylic arrived with the hardware mounted to the front of the print (how could this happen? A gross reflection of poor quality control). The reprint arrived with NO mounting hardware attached and the color/tone/depth distorted (much darker than the 1st iteration that was more accurate). Customer service responded with a canned email saying this is not their normal standard of quality and that they will reprint but I have zero confidence that I will receive a hangable acrylic print anytime in the next month. Maybe stick to canvas only? As this may be their signature product. Super frustrated.

Very poor service and customer care services. The customer care no. Is non responsive, there is no support from the customer care, not able to fulfill its due day promises. It's been 10 days and it still showing in production, very poor customer service, not value for money

I placed an order for a customised puzzle for a friend's birthday and wanted it at least before I left town. It said it would be delivered by today but is still in production. I tried raising a ticket and calling customer care. But I have received no response whatsoever. After making a big payment for this, I expect at least decent customer service. No one even answers your call!

Lousy experience, delivered 3 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is that I haven't had a chance to open the puzzle and put it together so I don't know the quality of the product, only the quality of the customer service which was crap. I ordered a custom puzzle of one of my father's photographs for Christmas. The order was guaranteed by December 25th. A few days before I reached out to the company because I saw that it had not shipped. They were unable to tell me if it would arrive in time or tell me the status of my order. On December 25th I received an email that my order has been shipped, however when I clicked the link I learned that they had only printed the address label. The package did not arrive at the delivery service for 2-3 more days. This is an important detail because I understand that delivery services were overwhelmed due to the pandemic and things were running late. That would be understandable and not Canvas Champ's fault. Canvas Champ failed to have the product ready to be shipped until days past the guaranteed delivery date. This is not a problem with slow delivery on a national scale, this is a problem with this company taking on more work than they can realistically complete and failing to notify customers even when they were asking about it. I should have gone to Walgreens and gotten it there. I will never order from Canvas Champ again and can not recommend that you do either.
Edit: I strongly suspect that this review will get a canned response from the company which can be seen on every single negative review and I copied below! Laugh with me about the horrible customer service when this posts below my review...
This makes them look like they respond to negative feedback and want to do better. In reality they only cut and past the same excuse for not fulfilling their promises.
The "heavy order flow for Christmas and backlog of pending orders" were completely predictable in the holiday season. They failed to plan accordingly. They could have hired more people in help fulfill the orders (we have plenty of people looking for work,) they could have adjusted guaranteed delivery dates to be accurate and realistic or they could have chosen to only take as many orders as they could realistically fulfill. If they had said it was sold out I would have gone on to another site and gotten my gift in time for Christmas and never left such a crappy review!
I don't believe Paul K from their supposed "customer service" department. Their customer service is non existent.

Please know that timely delivery, 100% quality, and exceptional customer service are some of the fundamentals on which Canvas Champ is built on.
Allow me a chance to explain why this has happened, before every holiday season, we forecast how much business we are going to get. This time, as usual, we did the forecast but we started to receive overwhelming orders. We have three production units scattered in the States, India, and the UK. Due to the pandemic, UK was completely locked down and we had to process the orders from our production facility in India. We were getting raw material out of the country for the production house in States, hence we had to divert all orders to our Indian production house. In a very short span of time, we had to complete all the orders, so we started hiring as many as we could to cater to the need. I wouldn't disagree with you that we did a lousy job there.
Please know that as a company we do have a downside and given the last holiday season along with the pandemic, we were trying our best to take care of everything but as they say, things don't always go as planned. It happens with every company now and then, just as much as it happens with any individual, you might have planned something but it doesn't go the same way sometimes.
No company on this planet would be perfect, however, we always try and resolve the problem. Let me assure you that I would take care of it for you. If need be, I would refund the entire order and provide you store credit in your Canvas Champ account to make it up to you.
Please give us one more chance to set this right for you. We would make sure that I would share this review with our management team to make sure that we improve our customer service along with the quality of service as per your expectations.

Assumed products were being shipped from US to Canada so I didn't expect an extra $20 fee for duties.
Prices for the product are good but make sure you also add another $15-$20 for duties when comparing to other sites. At that point, you're better off getting your prints from US/CAN websites for a little more.

I ordered a canvas print of a beautiful image I purchased from a seller on etsy. I purchased it with a proof, 30x40 inches, and with a white border. I got the proof I want to say less than 24 hours after submitting it. I received it a day early and the canvas is beautiful–well packaged, perfectly printed, stunning. We're very happy with this canvas we got for only $58 including shipping. Much recommended, legit.
This is a well crafted picture frame. It is very modern and compares with others of higher cost. I will be buying others from this company.

The frame I ordered arrived on time and looks beautiful. I foolishly didn't realize at first that there was a tinted cover to protect the plexus glass and thought that I had accidentally ordered green glass. Ordered canvas prints as gifts on 12/3 with delivery shown "will arrive by Xmas". I didn't know it would be produced in INDIA. THAT IS NOT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE Just shipped from INDIA on 12/19 and it's not even in the US on 12/23. Would never have ordered from them if I'd known that.

This company ships their merchandise out of Mumbai India - so be prepared for THAT insanity. I ordered 3 medium sized pictures. It's been over a month and still no pictures. They missed their deliver by date with No notice. When I called customer service they were dismissive, said they'd expedite aaand nothing. That was two weeks ago. Just order from a shutterfly and save yourself the stress.

I ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts Nov 21st with an estimated delivery of Dec 11th.
I have checked several times on the status post Dec 11th since it was still showing "In production". I have emailed client service several times and each time Bruce expressed his regret in the inconvenience each and every time and shared with me what I already know from the "my orders" tab on the site; it's STILL in production.
On Sunday Dec 20th I was told "We really understand your concern and have requested the related team to prioritize the order and ship it within within 24-48 business hours positively" Dec 22nd, 48 hrs away, still in production.
I absolutely understanding shipping delays during the holidays, especially this year. This has nothing to do with shipping and everything to do with this company making promises they cannot keep.
I fully expect to not see these items until well into January and I will be requesting a full refund.
I will NOT be using this company again and will actively discourage others from using them.
The 1 star is for "Bruce" and his regret in the delays...
*** update - finally sent via FedEx, from India on Wednesday Dec 23rd. Estimated delivery is Tuesday January 5th 2020. It took 32 days to prepare my order and send.

I received my 2 canvas prints today. I love them. I have ordered from other reliable places and this was actually better quality and alot cheaper. I will definitely be ordering more from canvaschamp. It did take about a month to get to me, mostly processing time.

I havent seen the HD metal print yet, so that may still be ok, but I spoke with their online chat support before ordering in November. I was guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas - its a gift, with an estimated delivery of Dec 14.
On Dec 21 they shipped it, and since its coming from India, FedEx says estimated delivery Jan 4. They do a pretty good job pretending to be a Canadian company. I dont mind buying from India, but I do hate being lied to.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I ordered a 30x40 canvas print and it came at 33x43. I told them I want a print that is 30x40 like I ordered. They apologized and sent me another print at 33x43.
Once again, I was very patient and told them I need a 30x40 print. Someone from customer service apologized and said they were sending another print that I would get within 6 business days. A few days later, I get another email saying I had been refunded 20% of my order. I asked them if my print was still coming and they said no! They have issued me a 20% refund instead.
So here I am. I paid close to $50 for absolutely nothing!
Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
