I ordered 3 metal prints. The quality is not what you get with competitors, but the price made up for it. One of the prints had some scratches, so they sent a replacement. The replacement also had some damage, but it's not worth reporting again. So decent quality and customer service for the price.

CanvasChamp has good prices and quick turnaround. I've ordered twice and have been pleased with my purchases. The only suggestion is better packaging. My canvases arrived damaged. My first order arrived with a tear in the corner of the canvas. My second order arrived with a crack in the back board. The quality of the canvas photo is nice. Overall satisfaction: 4 stars out of 5.
Pictures turned out great but it took a while to ship.
I ordered several copies to be printed on different canvas size. The final prints were beautifully printed.

I ordered an 18 x 24 canvas a couple of weeks ago. When I received the canvas it would not fit my 18 x 24 frame. I measured it and it was a quarter inch short both ways. I contacted customer service via email and they asked me to send pictures of the canvas with a tape measure showing the measurements. I did that immediately and have not heard a word since. I have emailed them every other day since this occurred and no response. This morning I called the toll free number and after being on hold for 15 minutes, it went to voicemail asking me to leave a message. I left a message and have not heard back. I am tired of messing around and just either want my money returned to me or a new canvas.

While I delivered high quality digital images, the prints had strange wrinkles in the sky that do not exist in the original. One image had tape across the face of the metal print. I had two identical metal prints which in which one has a wrinkle right down the middle of the image and the other does not. Most of the details of the original images were lost and it looks like that were working with low resolution, low quality images.

My canvas was shipped quickly. I like it, but I made it too big from the original and it looks more like a painting than a photo. Standing far away improves the look. This is my error, although I did not get a warning that the zoom would make it look so distorted.
