Despite multiple follow ups I'm still not sure when I'll get one of the items I ordered on 19th Sep. Customer service has no clue what's going on. But keep offering new timeframes each time. And to top it there is no way to escalate the issue either.

I bought two bangles form candere by Kalyan(*******) in june so after a month I recieved the product in July but after few days the product gold was getting shredded off so I complain to your team n they arrange a return pickup for repair. But now they saying the product can't b repaired off as that bangles are the mix of gold n copper so may I know why didn't u tell me when I ordered it and also if it's of bad quality why u keeping such products on ur website.
Now your team is saying we can't refund u we can give u the replacement only but you guys tell me after buying another product If I face the same issue with another product I purchase after few time of usage.
So the main thing is that I have lost trust in you guys. You guys are not selling geniune products so I don't want to become fool again keep ur product with u and give me the money back so look into this on an urgent basis.

I bought an earrings for the occasion of rakhi 20 days before. Till date, no reply, no proposer response from customer services, same replies. Until the customer ask, they dont reply, but they spam my inbox everyday with offers, new products, old products all kind of nonsense. But never send an update about the product. Zero efforts after sales. Buy from them when u dont care when it arrives to you. Buy it and forget that your bought an item from them. They give you surprise, when you reborn, they will deliver it to your new mother..
I purchased from Candere 2 months back and faced a delay of 2 weeks from the timeline provided. Manufacturing is very slow, they dont follow up if the product is stuck somewhere with logistics partner. I recommend purchase from Tanishq, Caratlane or other websites. Please don't purchase from Candere, you will receive the crude product a decade later.
I have placed order on 16th June. Order number#*******. Delivery date is already passed. Still it shows in manufacturing. They didn't gave any heads-up about delay in delivery. When I raise concern with customer care, they give same reply sorry, your product will be dispatched in next 2-3 days. I'm hearing this since 15 days. Not sure if I get my order or not. Customer care chat support is very bad. They won't reply on time. You are inviting big tension if you order from this site. Today they mailed to loot again, asking more money saying that product weight has been increased. Did I asked you to increase weight? Your professional are not accurate in their job and I should pay for that. Really? Even after late delivery, for which I should get compensation.
I am still waiting for the jewellery to be delivered and the customer service dont have any clue whats happening with my order. One of the representative said the order has been shipped next day they say its in manufacturing and after that they just stop answering the calls and wont answer the emails. I ordered from the website as Kalyan jewellers were reputed but after this experience I dont think I will ever order it again

Didn't receive what they promised. Ordered a ring and received an inferior quality product. And, if u want to return then they will deduct 10% from the cost of ornament they never respond to online complaints. Candere is just a gimmick for quality never trust this site.
Fraud Customer care. My order is delayed and they did not refund my money. Its a completely fraud business. My order says Manufacturing in Progress since the order is placed. They wont refund anything. Completely frustrated with them.

They had a zero making charge offer and I purchased a nosepin. The delivery was
Promised in 2 weeks on request as it was a gift. One week later quality check was processed. Few days before delivery was expected they refused to honor the offer and cancelled my order.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service. I have the invoice, order confirmation email, quality check processed email and delivery date commitment via chat service. It was posted on Twitter last week but no one contacted me yet. Imagine the kind of service they have and the brand value they are trying to maintain. Poor!
Order No: *******, First they advertise the product on low prices and after you place the order they will ask you to pay more money stating different reasons. Their customer care is so pathetic they always give false promises, and then later they will cancel the product on their own and assume that matter is resolved. Don't ever trust them they are fraud and pathetic, you will loose your peace and calm while interacting with their customer service.
Never buy gold online from kalyan jewellers. They are fraud. They took my money and it has been more than 1 and half month still the product is under manufacturing. The agents have no reply. I want my refund. This is heights. Horrible service provided.
I been shopping online jeweller since 2014 started with Bluestone. Recently I ordered 3 products from Candere 2 got delivered on time and 1 was delayed, there is no proper communication in advance nor with follow-ups Candere customer care provides update. Half the time customer care call won't get answered, chat we won't get any replay back.
Mail is too worst just copy past standard replays.
They don't provide updated expected time of delivery.
Dont buy any jewelry from candere really cheap jweller hold customers money neither delivered product not refunding money even after multiple complaints and calls my money is stuck from a month
It's been 3 months since I cancelled my order(cancelled because they pushed delivery date 3 times) but haven't received refund yet. And customer support is the worst I've ever seen. Stay far away from this company.
I ordered jewellery for my daughter, mother, wife and for myself. I must say they have a great collection for all age groups. The products I received, were exactly same as showed on the website.

I ordered two necklace then i paid the amount in EMI options I paid four only two is remaining after 4 EMIs they are telling that amount got increased so I need pay 26k more for that now I said I don't want that jewelry so cancel it but now they asking to deduct 10% on total cost it's coming around 6k they will deduct what a fuking rules that's my money why they asking to pay deduct amount of mine they kept my money for 1year they need to pay interest for me. They are cheaters don't trust them guys

8 days ago I purchased bracelets and chain from Kalyan Jewellers Pune, but its broken in only 1 days and the jeweller is not responding properly and ask for more money.
