I had placed an online order, As per the agreed delivery commitment, they suppose to deliver on 12/Feb/2022. There was no communication. When contacted on the 12th they said there will be a delay of 2-3 days. As I had to give a gift, I was disappointed and I asked I wish to talk to their manager, they said he will call you and the executive had promised there will be a callback. Since then there is no call when I tried to call, the call never goes through. Also, I have written a mail and a couple of follow-ups. NO Response to my mail. This appears to be a clear cheating case by so-called professional Jewellers.
Please don't go by the name. Don't trust these guys.
Delivery was well ahead of the time and it looked same as I ordered
It's very nice and easy to use app and I was very happy with my ring
Selecting a product was smooth and easy. Placing order was easy.
1. The delivery could have faster.
2. The outer packaging could have been way better. Or you should have given some option to gift pack the item in some nice solid box and a carry bag.
3. When I placed the order, I was asked to mention some message but I didn't receive any message card or this being written anywhere.

It was good. The order was delivered before the due date. The package was not damaged and the delivery team did a good job in contacting before the item was supposed to be handed over.

I had bought a gold bracelet jewelry online from Candere order Number ******* on 26 December 2021. When it arrived on 5 Jan 22, we realised it was small and wanted a return as per policy as it could not be exchanged within the time we required it. Here the problem started - the first time we asked for a return they confirmed it but nothing happened. Realizing that the 15 days return period would get over We again raised a query through email with no response. They keep telling you all sorts of stuff on WhatsApp chat but problem does not get resolved. The customer care number kept getting disconnected. Finally we managed to get through but the pick up and refund is yet to happen.

My heartly thanks to CRM candere MINAL KOSAMBI who made customisation of male studds possible, at regular making charges and ongoing discount as customisation dosen't attract these she has definitely raised the bar in customer Satisfaction specially online jewellery purchase.
A simple ring they took more than 20 days, when called they just kept on telling its delayed because we need to manufacture it care fully. After 4 times calling and after cancelling they called to convince that it will be delivered on time and today it's not yet delivered. By the way the delivery date has already passed and no one has called to update me.
Many options to choose from and have unique designs.
Hoop earrings are one of my favorite things to wear. I've been on the search for a certain one in gold for quite some time. On the Candere website, I discovered one. It appeared to be ideal. I contacted them, and they swiftly had it produced and shipped to me. It was completely unexpected and really kind of them. The real earrings are much more beautiful than the photos. Candere, thank you very much. I'll be back to shop and buy shortly.
I ordered one platinum diamond ring ******* & received the same. Ring is good but they charged very high for Diamond, Difference of Rs ******* from other websites. I. shooted them mail also but didn't responded in proper manner. Planning to go to consumer forum to get back tge difference amount. All problem occurs because their customer care didn't conveyed all the things to the customer. At the time of my purchase 40% off is running on diamond price but they didn't applied the same in my order thats why feel like cheated. Any higher authority if reading this can contact me on *******177. Else soon will see you guys on. Consumer court as this us the matter of ******* Rs & we belong to middle class family, hard earned money for us.
They deduct more then usual on returns, 20% even on Gold value. It has been more then a month that I am waiting for a pick up from their side.
Worst place to buy jewels.
Once I entered to the shop, one of the Kalyan jewelers employee asked me whether you want to buy the jewels with Cash or Cheque. I replied that I have credit card and some old jewels to exchange. He told me wait for few mins.
I waited for more than 1 hour, the employee agreed to show me some collection of chains. Finally, I decided to buy one chain weighed more than 46 grams. The employee constantly asked me to go home and bring cash. He didn't agree on buying my old jewels as well.
I left the shop with complete frustration.
This happened in Thoothukudi during May month. I am one of the well known person in Thoothukudi. I assumed that If they would do this to me and what would happen to the normal people.
Kalyan Jewellers expect us to buy in Cash, so that they can hide the black money.
