One of the times I ordered bravecto I don't think it was working but I continue to order because it's the only place I know to get it reasonably. Most of the times it has worked well. The company used to ship out of Germany which was very good back then. I'm not sure when they switched to Singapore but that is the same year that I ordered that the product did not seem as effective.
The last two times I have ordered products they did not work well. However I am giving it another try since up until the last two orders I have had a good experience with the products I have received
