Easy to deal with so far. Haven't had any issues, however the tracking has room for improvement but thats not on them. If they would ship other than USPS it would be better by far.

My first experience was awful bc it took months to get what I ordered- but every subsequent order has been on time. As to the product I ordered- Bravecto- it is a life saver! Excellent product!

I have seen that some meds supplied in the past have short Expiry dates. Please supply the meds with at least 1 year margin on the Expiration

During one purchase I accidentally purchased a pet medication twice. They called me to double check if I really wanted to purchase double the medication. They cancelled the duplicate order.

I have always gotten my dogs and cats heartworm meds from CPC the minute I found out about them. The service is wonderful, and they keep me updated if there are any snags with the shipping.

I have been purchasing heartgard and heartworm medication from Canadian pet care for over 5 years now. I get exactly what I order, I get it within a reasonable time, and I've never knock on wood to this date have had issues and I don't have to go through the vet for a prescription for these preventatives. I will continue to purchase through them. And they always give you discounts.

Great shop, I use them for all my preventative meds. Much cheaper than the vet. Had an issue one time with shipment not being received and they were very prompt at fixing it.
