Product was good affordable and fast. Only reason for missing a star was my custom product had no preview of the final product. I had to upload and image and just hope the picture would convert well to a laser etch. Wish there was seller feedback. The necklace laser etch came out mostly good.
I ordered one of the personalized schedulers for a friend of mine. She absolutely loved it. And then asked that I order another one for someone who is hard to satisfy. She also loved the personalized scheduler. The items came on time in a timely manner very happy with the service..
Lost both my girls (eskimo spitz) in 2025. Ive ordered several different memorial items and everything has been the best quality…. My girls pics show up in the quality of the items perfect. Ive ordered blankets, pics, mother ring with all our birthstones…. Everything has made me cry because its so beautiful

Saw product online and thought it would make a useful gift for my friend Had it personalized with her name and birth flower. It came just as portrayed and she was delighted with it. It was a pill caddy for arrangement of her daily meds.
Creating the blankets were easy and the process was not that hard however, I did have a problem with the color I asked for red because two of my grandbabies love red and they got a more pink color and that was the only thing that I did not feel satisfied with. Other than that, the process of ordering and receiving went very well, I love the way they came packaged and made it easier to ship to them.
I purchased the Personalized Penguin Heart Shaped Acrylic Plaque. When I opened it, the quality was poor. It is very hard to read and it's hard to tell what it says. I contacted Callie right away all told them I wasn't happy with the quality. All I got back was a message telling me to check my neighbors to see if they received my package. My complaint was about quality, not delivery. I can't give this as a gift and I want my money back.
We ordered and customized a blanket for my nephew combining his favorite teams colors along with him/his name as he both loves and plays football- he loved it
I ordered the pajama bottoms with the pictures of our animals for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, I ordered them in the wrong color, Peach. He loved them because they were of our animals. He didn't love the peach and white checkers, so I got them! I absolutely love them. The material is so soft and fairly thick. The only issue I have is that the drawstring needs to be a little longer for me. But I love them so much and wear them often.

I ordered one for my Daughter, Sister, Mother, Niece and Daughter in law and it was one of the favorite gifts. Was beautiful has birth flowers and great size and most of all wonderful quality! I would highly recommended this product well worth the purchase..

I was very hesitant about this since it is super sentimental for my family and you want it to be perfect. My mom lost both of her parents within a year and I wanted to give her something to keep with her to remember them. I didn't have many pictures of them together so this our best option and it came out better than I could've ever imagined AND came on time for Christmas as well. My mom is picky with her jewelry and will only wear sterling silver due to skin issues so this was just right. Would definitely order from here again. If you are thinking about doing it, DO IT. She hasn't taken it off since Christmas.
