Had a miscommunication as i forgot to include my unit mumber in my shipping address. So they asked me via email. And i replied immediately as to not wanting my package to be destroyed.
Few days later they emailed again asking my address. Which i comply as well. Was abut annoyed cause i already chatted with the help centre via facebook messager. And they still emailed me asking for my address. I was so scared my package might be destroyed and that they didn't get my emailed. As i already paid for the item.
Luckily they received it and i received my item few days later. Just in time as my son is starting school soon.

Ordered 3 pillows for my grandchildren! They looked really cute on line. I waited, and waited for their arrival. Shipping tracking was incomplete. Thought I'd been scammed and disputed the charge through my credit card. Pillows finally arrived. Covers were much smaller than expected, had to have help from my husband to get pillows into covers without breaking zippers. They cut off the last letter of one Grandaughter's name when sewing the seam on her pillow. Thoroughly disappointed and will never order from Callie again. Tried to contact Callie and got no response!

My t shirt order I was disappointed due to the fact it was a Christmas gift and I giving it to her on Christmas Eve.

Blanket is very small in size. Was expecting it to be a regular sized blanket for my 9 year old but it is more for a 2/3 year old
The cheer blanket that I ordered was maroon and gray colors. It appears that the maroon bled on other parts of the blanket. At the bottom where it says BOBCATS there are random letters and partial letters intertwined in the letters. Looks very strange.

I purchased 2 blankets. Both were less than 36" wide. I was also very disappointed in the quality of the fabric. They refused to give me a refund-even though their policy stated they offered a refund up to 30 days.

The tap handles I ordered do not match the image they use for sales. I sent them an image of a previous handle. I received next to their poor Quality handle and was told there's no quality issue. Buyer beware

I have purchased several different products from this company. Most of them personalized. I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of the products but with the graphics. I would highly recommend this company for purchasing gifts. I even bought a couple of items for myself.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
