All products order were just as described, however the lanyard broke the first day I wore it. First the ring connecting the badge holder came off, the following day the lanyard disconnected from the initial. Both holes are broken so I can't use the initial on another lanyard.
I bought these medical car seat covers for my daughter, being an officer I know if something was to happen, I would want the first responders to know that my daughter is special needs and non-verbal. It fits her car seat perfectly
I ordered two: one as a gift and one for me. Ink lasted a week at best and rubbed off the ball fast! The actual graphic is nice but the ink is the problem. No instructions on how to refill if that is even an option?

I thought the man was in capital letters, but they combined it with lowercase letters. A big disappointment. I didn't use it because I didn't like how it turned out :/ Everything would be different if it had been like the photo they use.
