Stay AWAY from Cafepress.com. I've been ordering online for years (from everyone but CafePress) & since I've had so many good experiences I didn't even bother to look at reviews prior to ordering = BIG mistake. It's now 3pm on Christmas Eve & UPS just delivered my Christmas order that was placed in November. The BULK of my order is NOT in the box & the few small items that are = total CRAP (The Dollar Store sells better quality) --- There's NO way I can give these things as gifts tomorrow. I'm beyond pissed. And to think they charged me $30 for shipping! When I call I get a recorded message saying they're closed for the holiday & to send them an email (which will be answered in 5-6 days!).

The few crappy items they did send are being returned & I'll be contacting my Visa company on Thursday to dispute the entire charge. NEVER Again.

Here I am on Christmas Eve with no gift for my brother. When I ordered my Crock Pot, I was told it would arrive between the 19th and the 23rd. I received emails from Cafe Press twice reassuring me that the item would be there before Christmas. Still, the item didn't come. When I checked the status of my order, it said my order was in production. It's said that since the 15th. When I emailed Cafe Press to get the status of my order, I received an automated reply stating that my email would be answered in 5-6 days due to the high volume of emails they received. When I looked for their number in the "contact us" tab, there was a statement that the phones would not be answered after December 20th. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the item. I was routed to them through the Crock Pot website, so I assumed I was ordering from a reputable company. Clearly, that's not the case. I hope I don't have any trouble when they do start answering the phones and I call to CANCEL my order. I do not recommend this company to anyone who has a timeline for delivery!

I purchased products several weeks in advance of Christmas with a promise to be delivered by December 19th. By December 23rd, I have not received any products nor have I any reassurance of delivery!

The sad part is that cafepress adversities products for very sensitive topics like cancer survivors. I purchased several cancer products for my wife who recently survived colon cancer. I ordered what i thought were great products to brighten her Christmas day many weeks in advance. I thought my shopping was done until December 23rd and had not received any products. I had to rush and an buy products for my wife at the last minute.

Shame on cafepress... they are unorganized and practice false advertisement.

I will never order another product from them. Products don't exist!

Placed an order in early December that was supposed to be delivered between 12/12-12/16. Sent an email when it hadn't arrived. Got the following response - " want to assure you that we are expediting your order so that you will receive it by Christmas this year. We sincerely hope you love your items!" Then on 12/22 got an email saying that there had been a delay in production and they were canceling my order for more than a dozen Christmas gifts. Don't waste your money or your time with this company.

I ordered 1 item from Cafépress on Dec,. 6th.As of Dec, 23 I hadn't received the 1 item. I e-mailed them and tried to contact them. The reply via e-mail I received was due to the volume of e-mails it would take 5-6 days to reply. Don't order from this place. I plan on making a complaint with the BBB. If I don't receive my order I will make a complaint with my CC company and put a hold on payment.

Ordered items back in November, received an email that my order was sent December 3,2013, and as of today (December 23rd) my order has not arrived. I have called and emailed the company and have not received any response. I will not order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone again.

From the looks of everyone else's comments I won't be getting my orders in time for Christmas. Bummer. I ordered on the 15th and my tracking page still says their estimated arrival to be 19-23, but it says the order is still in "production" and not shipped yet.

I ordered 12 Christmas gifts on the 22nd of November. They were estimated to arrive by the 5th of December, but only 2 of the 12 did! The other ten are not here and it is now Christmas Eve. I am so mad. The communication is non-existent with them and I would NEVER use this company again under any circumstances. In fact, I will try to spread the word so nobody else makes the same mistake as me.

I ordered a set of pajamas for my wife over two weeks ago. Finally arrived today... except it was only the bottoms. The top part was the thing that had the silk-screen on it and the reason I ordered the overpriced ($40) item to begin with. So now I am left with $10 pajama bottoms that I could have bought anywhere, and it is two days before Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again.

Worst online experience I have ever had. Ordered an item on Dec. 12th with estimated delivery of Dec. 19th. Did not arrive for Christmas. Customer service "shut down due to holidays". Can't believe this company stays in business. DO NOT order from this company if you ever hope to receive an item on time, or ever.

I've ordered from Cafe Press for several years. This was the worst this year. Only given one shipping notification, though I've received two packages (yet still missing things). Also, the last box showed up with two of my many items, then a package packed in the box for someone else? I've tried to email (no response), I tried calling today (no reps on since it's the holiday? I'm still working for another day!), tried the online chat (after waiting 5 minutes, it tells me no chat reps available try again later). I've now sent yet another email (a bit more heated). We will see. I will never order from them again.

Ordered on December 2, when the expected date to receive the items came and passed I called, and was told it would be shipping in the next 48 hours (on the 16th), after a few days passed I called again, was told the same thing and upgraded to free express shipping. A few more days passed and still in production I contacted the facebook group and after a few interactions on Facebook, I've been blocked from posting or communicating with them there. Apparently if you can't fix the problem at least try and bury it so other people can't see their flaws. I wonder how many other people they blocked because they can't fulfill their own orders. It is 12/22 and my products are still "In Production", Being in Alaska there is no chance this order will make it before Christmas, and they don't care.

Ordered an iPhone case as a give Dec 11. Paid a very high amount for shipping and handling to get this gift by XMass. Still not case. The website gives a status of "production". No one has responded to my e-mail asking for an update on my order. The customer service phone lines are turned off. My credit card was charged.

What is very strange is that the website is still offering promotions (to attract more orders they can't meet). I have used this company in the past with good success. Avoid this website for now.

Pretty bummed. I ordered a lot of Christmas presents from them on December 1st. I just received them on December 21st. Some of the mugs are broken, others have terrible print jobs, and even others are not at all what was specified on the site. What is going on with this company. They seemed like such a great place based on the products pictured on the site. Moreover, they are still advertising that they will get you your order by the 24th. Based on my experience and on what the other posters here have written, I just don't see how that is possible. To top it all off, while you can still order from them, they have shut customer service down until the 26th. Pretty bogus business practice in my opinion.

Same as everyone else. Ordered $168 of Christmas t-shirts on Dec2 - still have not received - today is Dec21. Also, on another order which did arrive, the toddler shirt arrived BLANK, without the imprint! Who would pay $20 + s/h for a baby's blank t-shirt? NO way to talk to anyone, their phone recording said to EMAIL! And now their recording says CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS! This it Dec21 and they totally shut down! Christmas slightly ruined here - need to go out an re-buy gifts this late in the game!

Sounds like this company is in deep doo-doo. I ordered 15 small items as gifts for my parent volunteers on 12/10, paid $17 shipping to expedite shipping to arrive on 12/20. The website says they're closed until 12/26 (or shut down permanently?). Did everyone quit because they weren't being paid? When I tried to track the order number through dhlglobal (they're bad enough), I got a message that said the tracking number was lost or incorrect. Ouch. Have I lost my $50 AND my gifts?
I've never had an experience like this. I'm angry.

I placed an order on December 16, which was supposed to arrive on December 20. I even paid extra to get it guaranteed by Christmas. After receiving a confirmation e-mail, I began to check on my order status daily. It is now December 20, the day I was supposed to receive my items. All the website will tell me is that it is in production, not even shipped. When I called the phone number, there was just a voicemail saying to e-mail them, no way to wait and speak to a real person. I followed suit, and e-mailed them. I got a response saying I would hear back from a representative in 5-6 days... AFTER CHRISTMAS! Terrible customer service. DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!

Same as everyone else - wish I could share pictures - Ordered "winter solstice" cards on Dec. 5. They charged $12 shipping for a $21.00 order! Ordered supposed to arrive Dec. 12-16 (for winter solstice Dec. 21?). They were shipped on Dec. 13. Finally arrived today, Dec. 20 - nothing like the day before the event. Order was packed in a padded mailer (package weighted 8 oz) and was send ECONOMY shipping. Many of the cards were cut improperly making them unusable. Order was short 5 envelopes. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
