I rate the ordering, delivery and quality of my hinges 5 stars!

I did however have issues with several screws. (2 of the 22 flat head screws had heads with driver slots too shallow which rendered them useless and 1 of the 33 round head screws was cut flush without a point)

Other websites were confusing, CabinetParts was painless and I found the part I need at a reasonable price. Thanks!

I wanted to add to an existing order I had placed within the previous hour but was told I was unable to add to it because I paid using PayPal. They adjusted the shipping on my second order to compensate. The customer service people were very helpful and I received both orders very fast.

The hinge arrived poorly packaged and bent. If they sent me another one, it would be packaged the same way, I'm sure. I can probably bend it back, or just cut it where the bend is.

Ease of shopping a plus and clip price was acceptable; although hinge options Did not offer 7/16" Overlay that I needed.
I thought shipping costs were a bit excessive -- over $9.00 for an item that weighed less than an ounce.
Overall, good experience. Plan to order again for similar item.

I initially ordered the wrong size hinges but did not realize this until it was too late to return -- that's fair enough and my own fault. But I may want to return them anyway even with no refund since I have no use for them and don't like to just trash them.

Fairly good experience. Part numbers on hinge do not perfectly match part numbers on website.

Found the hinge I needed was discontinued but the site referred me to the 'replacement '.
